For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Illus Biscan 15.12.50 Buntmetall für die Friedenswirtschaft. Die von den Ausschüssen der Nationalen Front organisierte Buntmetallsammlung in der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik hat bereits gute Ergebnisse erzielt. So wurden allein im Lande Sachsen-Anhalt im Monat November über 234 Tonnen Buntmetall und ca. 1000 Tonnen Schrott für unsere Friedenswirtschaft gesammelt. UBz: Dieser längst überlebte Lüster aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert wird leicht entbehrt.
