For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Polnisches Segelschulschiff "Dar Pomorza" Zentralbild Pietsch 24.5.1952 Freundschaftsbesuch in Warnemünde. Zu einem Freundschaftsbesuch ist am 23.5.196´52 im Warnemünder Hafen das polnische Schulschiff "Dar Pomorza" eingelaufen. An den Molen grüssten zahlreiche Werktätige, Mitglieder der FDJ und Junge Pioniere das Schiff, als es die Hafeneinfahrt passierte und anlegte. Nach 4 tägigem Aufenthalt setzte das Segelschulschiff seine Weltreise mit Kurs auf Kopenhagen fort. UBz: Das Schiff an der Mole in Warnemünde.
