For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Illner Ma-Ho. 28.6.1952 Landwirtschafts- und Gartenbauaustellung 1952. Am 27.6.1952 wurde die bisher grösste Agrarschau der DDR in Leipzig-Markkleeberg eröffnet. UBz, Eine Tierschau mit über 1100 Großtieren und tausenden Kleintieren legt Zeugnis von der Entwicklung der Tierzucht ab. Alle Schweine sind in der Ausstellung in Schweinehütten untergebracht.
