For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Rostock, Überseehafen, Güterzug ADN-ZB Sindermann 14.4.82 Rostock: Per Schiene werden rund 95 Prozent der im Rostocker Überseehafen umgeschlagenen Importgüter transportiert. Für den Transport von den Kais ins Binnenland stellen die Eisenbahner des Bahnhofs Rostock Seehafen verstärkt Ganzzüge zusammen. Bereits 86 Prozent aller Importgüter, es gibt jedoch noch Reserven, werden in dieser wirtschaftlichen Transportform auf die Reise geschickt. - siehe auch 1982-0414-2, 4N -
