For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Freiberg, Studenten der Bergakademie, Lesesaal ADN-ZB Thieme 7.2.86 Bez. Karl-Marx-Stadt: Bergakademie - 500.000 Bände umfaßt der Bestand der Hochschulbibliothek, die insbesondere auf die Wissenschaftsdisziplinen Bergbau und Metallurgie orientiert sind. Jährlich werden rund 160.000 Ausleihen registriert. Die Studenten Gerard Letlatsa aus Lesotho und Maritza Fonseca aus Kuba gehören zu den ständigen Nutzern des Lehrmaterials im großen Lesesaal. Die Bergakademie Freiberg begeht jetzt den 40. Jahrestag der Neueröffnung ihrer Hochschule. (siehe auch 19 und 20 N)
