Chemnitz, Neubaugebiet "Fritz Heckert", Spielplatz ADN-ZB Thieme 17.9.86-Bez. Karl-Marx-Stadt: Im Neubaugebiet Fritz Heckert entstand dieser phantasievolle Kinderspielplatz, den 11 bildende Kkünstler des Bezirkes mit viel Engagement für die kleinen Bewohner schufen. Die Arbeiten reichen von einer Abenteuerburg mit Schaukelbrücke bis zu riesigen Tierfiguren aus Holz und Stein. Auf dieser hölzernen Dampfwalze (unser Foto) - geschaffen vom Karl-Marx-Stadter Bildhauer Harald Stephan - ist den Kindern das Klettern nicht verboten.
