ADN-ZB/Häßler 22.1.90 Dresden: Russisch-Brot Zwar etwas kompliziert zu lesen, dafür umso schmackhafter ist der Text auf dem endlosen Stahl-Backblech der Russisch-Brot-Linie im VEB Dauerbackwaren Dresden. Im Dezember 1989 wurde hier eine Versuchsanlage in Betrieb genommen, die es ermöglicht, jetzt 600 statt bisher 260 Tonnen der Knabberei pro Jahr zu liefern. In 6,5 Minuten durchläuft das süße Kauderwelsch den Backprozeß. Produktionsstättenleiter Manfred Keese und TKO-Leiterin Renate Keese testen die Backqualität. Trotz der Produktionsteigerung in Dresden wird man Russisch-Brot künftig noch oft vergeblich in den Kaufhallenregalen suchen. Der Dresdner Betrieb "profilierte" sich gezwungenermaßen zum Alleinhersteller in der DDR, da andere Produzenten im Lande aufgaben. Laut Marktforschung könnten pro Jahr 1.200 Tonnen Russisch-Brot in der DDR verkauft werden. |
