"Deutschland zwischen Ost und West"
Die zweite Jahrestagung der CDU der Ostzone wurde mit einer grossen Rede des ersten Vorsitzenden der CDU der Ostzone, Jakob Kaiser, am 6.9.47 in der Berl. Staatsoper eröffnet. Jakob Kaiser, der seine Rede unter dem Thema "Deutschland zwischen Ost und West" gestellt hatte, machte Vorschläge für den Wiederaufbau und die Bildung einer Gesamtdeutschen Verwaltung.
