Niesky-Banditen vor Gericht
Die Rädelsführer der faschistischen Provokationen und Ausschreitungen, die sich am 17.6.1953 in der ostsächsischen Stadt Niesky ereigneten, wurden vom Bezirksgericht Dresden zu langjährigen Zuchthausstrafen verurteilt. Die 16 Verurteilten waren zumeist ehemalige Nazis. Der Haupträdelsführer Lothar Markwirth erhielt lebenslängliches Zuchthaus.
