For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Lausitzer Schwei-Qu 3 Mot. 8.11.1955 Rundschau Durch die Anwendung neuer wissenschaftlicher Methoden zur Verbesserung der Agrarwirtschaft. Fleisch wächst auf dem Acker. Der Bauer Otto Schwarz aus Leibchel im Kreis Lübben ist anerkannter Herdbuchzüchter des veredelten Landschweines. Durch einen intensiven Zwischenfruchtanbau hat Bauer Schwarz erreicht, dass sich die Bodenstruktur jährlich verbessert. Das ist jedoch nicht der einzige Vorteil des Zwischenfruchtanbaus. Er sichert vor allem eine ausreichende Futterbasis für den Viehbestand. Infolge verbesserter Futtermethoden besitzt Bauer Schwarz eine Musterschweinezucht. Mit 6 Monaten haben seine Schweine ein Gewicht von 100 kg und mehr. UBz: Stolz blickt Bauer Schwarz auf seine Zuchtsau "Agatha" (350 kg (drei fünf null) Lebendgewicht) und ihre Ferkel. |
