For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Frankfurt/Oder, Tischlerei, polnische Delegation Zentralbild Eisert 10.3.1956 Ro-Ho. Jugendfreunde aus Volkspolen besuchten Werktätige des VEB Möbeltischlerei in Frankfurt (Oder). Der erste Sekretär des polnischen Jugenverbandes ZMP im Bezirk Zielona Gora an der Oder-Neiße-Friedensgrenze, Ryszard Mielczarik, und der Direktor der polnischen Jugendhochschule, Josef Mazrvek aus Warschau besuchten aus Anlass des 10. Jahrestages der Gründung der FDJ, die Bezirksstadt Frankfurt (Oder). Während ihres Aufenthaltes in der DDR besichtigen dsie unter anderem die volkseigene Möbeltischlerei in Frankfurt und führten mit den Werktätigen dieses Bertriebes angeregte Diskussionen. UBz: Poliert Pitak zeigt den polnischen Gästen, wie sorgfältig jedes Werkstück bearbeitet wird.
