For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Erfurt, Architekten mit Bauplänen Zentralbild Blumenthal 13.11.1957 Erfurter Entwurfsbüro für Hochbau erfüllte Verpflichtung - 1Mill DM eingespart Die Kollegen des Entwurfsbüros für Hochbau beim Rat des Bezirkes Erfurt hatten sich zu Ehren des 40. Jahrestages der Oktoberrevolution das Ziel gesteckt, durch Verbesserungen in der Projektierung von Bauaufträgen und durch Ausschöpfung aller technischen Möglichkeiten bis zum 7. November isgesamt 1 Million DM bei den für die einzelnen Bauten bereitgestellten Geldern sowie 400 Tonnen Zement, 100 Tonnen Stahl und 200 cbm Holz an Baumaterial einzusparen. Diese Verpflichtung überboten sie bis zum 1. November 1957 mit einer Einsparung von 1 236 720 DM an Bausumme, 548,90 Tonnen Zement, 109,76 Tonnen Stahl und 229,85 cbm Holz. UBz: Beim Projekt eines Speisesaales für den VEB Schraubenfabrik Tambach-Dietharz-Thür. wurde von der Brigade 201 durch entsprechende Grundrissgestaltung die ursprünglich vorgesehene Bausumme um 170.000 DM verringert sowie 60 Tonnen Zement und 40 Tonnen Stahl eingespart. An der Plänen des Speisesaales. vlnr: Architekt Walter Möller, Dipl. Ing. und Architekt Fred Schlott, Architekt Willy Müller, Brigadeleiter Albert Hartwig und Architekt Peter Düwel.
