For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Klein-Eichholz, Bauern im Schweinestall Zentralbild Weiss 2.4.1959 Genossenschaftsbauern erzeugen mehr Schweinefleisch. Durch den Umbau von zwei alten Ställen konnte die LPG "Makarenko" in Klein-Eichholz, Kreis Königswusterhausen in einem Jahr ihren Bestand von 130 auf 300 Schweine erhöhen. Durch verstärkte Sauenhaltung von 18 Sauen 1958 auf 42 heute - kann die Genossenschaft auf den Läuferzukauf verzichten und darüberhinaus noch in diesem Jahr 150 Läufer abgeben. UBz: In einem der umgebauten Ställe arbeitet die Genossenschaftsbäuerin Luzie Schreiber. Rechts der Vorsitzende Walter Iwohn, ehemaliger MTS-Agronom."
