For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Schmidt-Me-Qu-8.10.1960 Stahlwerker in Thale erhöhen zum Tag der Republik Verpflichtung auf 3 000 Tonnen Stahl. 3 000 Tonnen Stahl wollen die Stahlwerker des VEB Eisen- und Hüttenwerke Thale bis zum Jahresende überplanmäßig gewinnen. Damit haben sie ihre Verpflichtung im Wettbewerb der Stahlwerke der DDR, 2 500 Tonnen Stahl mehr zu schmelzen, um 500 Tonnen erhöht.Seit dem 5.10.1960 fließt wieder Stahl aus dem Siemens-Martin-Ofen I des Eisenhüttenwerkes Thale.Damit haben die Maurer den Stahlwerkern den Ofen nach der planmässigen Reparatur drei Tage vorfristig wieder übergeben.Ubz.: Der 2.Sekretär der Bezirksleitung Halle der SED, Gerhard Frost, zeichnet die Brigade Tiefholz von der Zentralen Reparaturabteilung des Werkes mit dem Staatstitel "Brigade der sozialistischen Arbeit" aus." |
