For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Schönbrunn, Kühe im Auslauf Zentralbild Gesau NI- At 15.12.1961 Agrarwissenschaftler helfen LPG neue Erkenntnisse anwenden Wissenschaftler des Institutes für Landwirtschaft im Bezirk Karl-Marx-Stadt halfen den Genossenschaftsbauern der LPG "Otto Buchwitz" Schönbrunn im Kreis Oelsnitz - Vogtland bei der Einrichtung eines neuartigen Boxenliegestalles für Rinder. UBz: Außenansicht des neuen Boxenliegestalles, bei dessen Einrichtung der frühere Freß- und Liegestall verbunden und überdacht wurde. Die Tiere sind nicht angebunden und können sich nach eigenem Bedürfnis bewegen. Hier scheuen sie selbst bei Regenwetter nicht vor dem zeitweiligen Aufenthalt im Auslauf der Anlage zurück.
