For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Oberstes Gericht, Globke-Prozess, Aussage, Kohn Zentralbild Stöhr-9.7.1963 2. Tag im Globke-Prozeß. Der 1. Strafsenat des Obersten Gerichts der DDR setzte am Vormittag des 9. Juli 1963 die Verhandlungen gegen den des millionenfachen Mordes Angeklagten Staatssekretär des Bonner Bundeskanzleramtes, Dr. Globke, fort. UBz: Zu Beginn der Vormittagssitzung des 2. Prozeßtages waren die ersten beiden Zeugen im Gerichtssaal erschienen, dass Ehepaar Bernhard und Emmi Kohn. Unser Foto zeigt Herrn Kohn bei der Zeugenaussage.
