For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Berlin, Trabrennbahn, Wetthalle Zentralbild Wendorf 6.9.1963 Trabrennbahn Karlshorst-Anziehungspunkt vieler Zuschauer Auf der Rennbahn Berlin-Karlshorst werden seit 1945 auch Trabrennen ausgetragen. Die Zuschauer erleben jährlich 90 Renntage, wobei an einem Tag durchschnittlich 9 Rennen (1961 734 und 1962 775 Rennen) gefahren werden. Die Zuschauer (bis zu 5000 an einem Tag) sahen auf der 1600 m langen Strecke auch schon Traber aus der Sowjetunion und Ungarn am Start. UBz:Die "Experten" informieren sich schnell über das nächste Rennen.
