Nach der Übernahme des neuerbauten Amtssitzes des Staatsrates der DDR am Marx-Engels-Platz führte der Staatsrat eine festliche Sitzung durch. Die Tagesordnung der 11. Sitzung war der Bericht über die Ergebnisse im sozialistischen Massenwerttbewerb zu Ehren des 15. Jahrestages der DDR. UBz: Der Vorsitzende der LPG Walter Ulbricht in Dahlen, Johannes Döhler, spricht auf der Festsitzung.
