Chef der antikommunistischen Wühlzentrale in Westberlin von Schütz empfangen
Der Westberliner Regierende Bürgermeister Schütz hat am 10.9.1969 den neu eingesetzten Leiter der illegalen Westberliner Wühlzentrale des Bonner Ministeriums für antisozialistische Tätigkeit, Ministerialdirektor Hermann Kreutzer (SP) (auf unserem Foto links), zu einem Antrittsbesuch empfangen.

Kreutzer war im August 1969 vom Chef des Ministeriums für antisozialistische Tätigkeit, Wehner, während eines widerrechtlichen Westberlin-Aufenthaltes in sein Amt eingeführt worden. Kreutzers Aufgabe sei es, die von Westberlin ausgehende Aktivität gegen die DDR und andere sozialistische Länder zu Koordinieren und zu verstärken, hiess es bei Amtsantritt des ehemaligen Abteilungsleiters im Ministerium Wehners.
