For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Gotha, Ernst-Thälmann-Straße (heute: Dorotheenstraße) ADN-ZB Ludwig-1.4.74-wa Bez. Erfurt: Wohl fühlen sich die Mieter der Ernst-Thälmann-Straße in ihren modernisierten Wohnungen. Bald werden auch die um die Jahrhundertwende errichteten Häuser in der Brunnen- und 18.-März-Straße in Gotha in neuem Glanz erstrahlen. Insgesamt 32 Gebäude werden in diesem Komplex generalüberholt. Für 157 Mieter verbessern sich dadurch die Wohnbedingungen. (ausführlicher Bericht siehe "Presse-Informationen des Presseamtes Nr. 36 vom 26. März 1975) - siehe auch 17 u. 18 N
