For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
ADN-ZB Link 29.8.78 DDR: Kosmos - Sojus 31
Bei der Durchführung der Experimente "Biosphäre" und "Reporter" an Bord des Orbitalkomplexes Sojus 29 / Salut 6 / Sojus 31 werden die Kosmonauten Kameras aus der Serienproduktion des Kombinats VEB Pentacon Dresden benutzen, die vom Zentralinstitut für Physik der Erde der AdW modifiziert wurden. Die vollatomatische Spiegelreflexkleinbildkamera Practica EE2 mit elektronisch gesteuerter Belichtungsatomatik bei stufenloser Blendenvorwahl wird hier in der Serienfertigung am Montageband Funktionskontrollen unterzogen.
