A hydroid-covered buoy tied with string to thick rope giving the impression of ET waving to swimmers-by.

Summary[edit]

Description
English: This buoy was marking the swimmer's bay in Mellieħa. Being tied with a very thin rope to the thicker mooring rope, is creating the impression of a head on thin neck with outstretched waving arm. The hydroids that grow on such objects are adding to the image of straggly hair on a balding head!
