| Description |
Busgosu de Felipe del Campo. Duende mitológico inventado para habitar los bosques asturianos. Ya que ha sido agraciada la foto con un EXPLORE os cuento su leyenda: Busgosu. Hecho por el músico, pintor y escultor Felipe del Campo (1946). Concebido con destino ornamental, acabó convirtiéndose en un duende mitológico de la umbría de Asturias. Esta talla fue realizada bajo un hórreo en 1976 a partir de un bloque compuesto por piezas de madera encoladas entre sí, extraídas éstas en 1975, de una viga procedente de la casa de los Hevia, en Villaviciosa, donde el 19 de septiembre de 1517 pernoctó Carlos V. La viga que medía unos 5 metros de largo por 60 y 50 centímetros de lado, era de madera de castaño. De esta suerte, bien se puede aventurar que la esencia y alma de esta representación del Busgosu, tiene no menos de 500 años. Pero todo el mundo sabe que los duendes, no tienen edad. |
