Description
English: Ecuador, 18 de mayo 2020.- 1. Recibe a Raúl Delgado, presidente de Asociación de Municipalidades Ecuatorianas (AME) Nacional; Gleen Arroyo, presidente de la Regional 1 de AME; Juan Carlos Orellana, Presidente de la Regional 2 de AME; Marcos Guaraca, presidente de la Regional 3 de AME; Domingo López, presidente de la Regional 4 de AME; Edson Alvarado, presidente de la Regional 5 de AME; Patricio Maldonado, presidente de la Regional 6 de AME; y, a Edwin Rengel, presidente de la Regional 7 de AME, para que expongan sobre la situación de los gobiernos autónomos descentralizados municipales y de los territorios a los que representan frente a la emergencia sanitaria.

2. Recibe a Rommel Salazar, director General del Servicio Nacional de Gestión de Riesgos y Emergencias y encargado de la Secretaría del Comité de Operaciones de Emergencia (COE) Nacional, con la finalidad de que exponga sobre las responsabilidades y funciones asignadas a los COE cantonales y a los gobiernos autónomos descentralizados para la atención de la emergencia sanitaria.
