Description
  • 1904-Còrsega 268. Aquí tenim una magnífica fotografia de la Casa d'Avelí Trinxet Casas. Arquitecte: Josep Puig Cadafalch. Una casa d'estil modernista, desapareguda.
    • NOTA: Els Trixet Casas feien llençols al carrer Claris nº 27, i vivien a la casa Trinxet
  • 1917-Còrsega 268. Mor el propietari Sr. Avelí Trinxet Casas.
    • Trinchet (Francesc), propietari de la casa.
  • 1932-Còrsega 268. L'Ajuntament de Barcelona lloga la casa a la família Trinxet i obra la "Casa dels nens, Institut Municipal Montessori". La Escola Montessori va ser una creació, educativa de Maria Montessori.
  • 1936-Còrsega 268. A la Escola Montessori, l'Ajuntament de Barcelona obre una nova línia, l'Escola Municipal de Formació Domèstica.
  • 1945-Còrsega 268. Escuela Femenina para enseñar los trabajos de la Casa, promoción del: Ayuntamiento de Barcelona.
  • 1949-Còrsega 268. La família Trinxet Torres recupera la casa per a us familiar.
  • 1964-Còrsega 268. La família Trinxet Torres es desfà de la casa i el mon cultural cerca solucions per a evitar el seu enderrocament com la del diari "La Vanguardia" que proposa que aixoplugui el futur "Museu del Modernisme". L'alcalde de Barcelona Josep Mª de Porcioles dóna la llicència autoritzant el seu enderrocament i la dispersió de tot el mobiliari i decoració interna. Un temps després, la constructora Núñez y Navarro, en el solar, va erigir un bloc de pisos sense solta ni volta. Quin pena.
