Description
Français : Gravure publiée en 1812 par Armand Maudet de Penhouet, présentant les bornes milliaires de Castennec (disparues depuis) : Cette sixième planche offre l'extrémité de la plate-forme de la montagne dont on voit la vue, planche quatrième. Ici je me suis attaché à guider les pas de celui qui me suit en idée dans m'a visite sur la montagne ; je lui montre la vue du pilier à droite qui porte l'inscription page 28 ; celle de celui qui était encore debout et que j'ai fait renverser ; les ruines de la chapelle du Prieuré de la Couarde. On verra que c'est à la porte de cette église qu'ont dû être placés la statue et le tombeau ; d'où il y a lieu de croire que le temple payen occupait l'emplacement de cette chapelle. p. VI
