Description
Français : LdF ms BR-0104: Abel-François Poisson de Vandières, marquis de Marigny (1727-1781), directeur général des bâtiments et frère de Madame de Pompadour, favorite du Roi Louis XV. Lettre (non signée/ secrétaire, pour copie) adressée à César Gabriel de Choiseul-Chevigny, duc de Praslin (1712-1785), au sujet de la construction des pavillons à l'italienne du Château de Saint-Hubert (Le Perray-en-Yvelines, domaine royal de Louis XV), sous la direction du Premier architecte du Roi Ange-Jacques Gabriel (1698-1782). Il faut en effet 60000 livres pour la construction de ces pavillons et l’entrepreneur, trouvé avec difficulté, réclame 15000 livres par mois pour pouvoir continuer les travaux. Il a épuisé les caisses pour payer la première partie et demande donc à Praslin de l’aider pour le reste. « Tel est l’Etat déplorable de cette partie du service de Sa Majesté ».

Briefes (unsigniert/ Sekretärsabschrift) adressiert an César Gabriel de Choiseul-Chevigny, duc de Praslin (1712-1785), bezüglich der Errichtung italienischer Pavillons am Schloss Saint-Hubert (Le Perray-en-Yvelines, domaine royal von Ludwig XV) unter der Leitung des königlichen Architekten Ange-Jacques Gabriel (1698-1782). Für die Konstruktion fehlt die Summe von 60.000 Livres und der nur unter Schwierigkeiten gefundene Unternehmer veranschlagt weitere monatliche Kosten in Höhe von 15.000 Livres um die Arbeiten fortzusetzen. Alle finanziellen Mittel sind durch die Zahlung der ersten Kosten erschöpft, weshalb der Marquis de Marigny den Herzog von Praslin nun darum bittet, bei den restlichen Kosten auszuhelfen: «Tel est l’Etat déplorable de cette partie du service de Sa Majesté».
