Description
English: Class C Amateur Radio Operator's Certificate for Visitors issued to Mr. Joseph E. Rogers (AJ1Y) by CRAC on August 6, 2013. This certificate granted him the privilege to operate pre-existing amateur radio station on all amateur radio bands and frequencies, with maximum power output of 1000W on frequencies below 30 MHz and 25W on frequencies above 30 MHz.
