| Description |
Italiano: Nella frazione di Villafranca, si trova la Cappelletta del Duca, al centro della rotonda sulla Strada Statale 12 del Canaletto. Fu fatta erigere dal duca Francesco V d’Austria Este come ringraziamento per aver scampato in quel luogo l’attentato tesogli il 16 novembre 1848 dal cavezzese Luigi Rizzati, di simpatie mazziniane. Il piccolo oratorio, ultimato verso il 1860, presenta una caratteristica pianta circolare ed è sormontato da cupola emisferica. |
