O desfile do Bloco Não é Não homenageou grandes mulheres de todos os tempos e lugares. Valentes e Valorosas mulheres do mundo real e das terras imaginárias da criação humana. Na companhia dessas mulheres nosso cordão da alegria disse em alto e bom som NÃO À MISOGINIA. Não somos o signo do mal. Não somos incompletas. Nunca somos fracas, incapazes ou desequilibradas

Nesse encontro de mulheres grandiosas no amor, na coragem, na espiritualidade, na inteligência, na força e na liderança de seu povo, rompeu-se as regras do tempo e espaço e criou-se um portal fantástico que promoveu o encontro entre a lendária Santa Dica as Mulheres Samurais e Ninjas do Japão Feudal.

A personagem incorporada pela Porta Bandeira - Cida Alves, representa uma alquimia entre as Onna-musha e kunoichi e a anja que falava e protegia a menininha Santa Dica.
