English: Carpenter farmstead in Kearney County, Nebraska, located on Carpenter Rd about half a mile west of Lowell Rd.; seen from the south. The Carpenter house was built c. 1910 in a style characterized as Classical Revival or Queen Anne. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
