Description
English: Puerta del Muelle, monumental entrance of 1786 in the Spanish city of Cartagena located in what is now Calle de la Muralla del Mar. Together with the other gates present in the city, was demolished in the 20th century to facilitate the works of ensanche, during the tenure of mayor Mariano Sanz Zabala and with the authorization of a royal order issued by King Alfonso XIII.
Español: La Puerta del Muelle, entrada monumental de 1786 en la ciudad española de Cartagena, y situada en lo que hoy es la calle de la Muralla del Mar. Junto a las demás puertas presentes en la urbe, fue demolida en el siglo XX para facilitar las obras de ensanche, durante el mandato del alcalde Mariano Sanz Zabala y con la autorización de una Real orden emitida por el monarca Alfonso XIII.
