Ubicada en las laderas de Casuarinas, Lima, la casa goza de una vista panorámica de 270 grados. Dada las características del terreno, una fuerte pendiente parcialmente ocupada por un cerro de roca en la parte posterior, se decidió ubicar la plataforma del primer nivel a diez metros de altura con respecto a la calle para liberar la vista de los techos inmediatos de las casas vecinas.
