Español: El castillo-refugio fue construido durante la guerra de los Dos Pedros en el siglo XIV pero posteriormente abandonado, aunque se volvió a usar durante las guerras carlistas en el siglo XIX.
Los restos del castillo se encuentran sobre una loma de escasa aunque suficiente elevación, al lado de las ruinas de la antigua iglesia. Estos abarcan bastante superficie, consistiendo en una muralla baja de piedras menudas reforzada por tres cubos semicirculares y en la cota más alta una torre de mampostería y planta circular de unos 7 metros de diámetro y rebajada en altura. Al pie del monte se conservan los restos del fortín carlista, dos muros con aspilleras para fusiles.
