Description

Bristol Cathedral, Bristol, England. The Abbey of Saint Augustine was the first building on the site, begun in 1140. In 1542 the abbey buildings were declared a cathedral by Henry VIII.

Taken by Adrian Pingstone in June 2004 and released to the public domain.
