Summary[edit]

Description
English: I got causushi for lunch.

Causushi is not a word, it's a mix of two words: causa and sushi. Causa is a popular Peruvian entrée made of mashed potatoes, lemon and chili, it can have different fillings (or toppings, as in this case), it can be tuna, octopus, shrimp, chicken or veggies. This sampler plate of mini causa are sushi sized, hence the name cau-sushi :D

I love it.
