Gravure représentant Cecil Standish, frère d'Henry Standish (1847-1920) et beau-frère d'Hélène de Pérusse des Cars (1847-1933). Grand voyageur, Cecil Standish a écrit plusieurs ouvrages. Il est né à Saint-Germain-en-Laye au château du Val, le 13 août 1852 et meurt à Hyères, le 22 février 1891. Cecil Standish est inhumé dans le caveau de la famille de Noailles, ducs de Mouchy et de Poix, au château de Mouchy-le-Châtel.
