Description
Español: El Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia (CSHG) es un centro de enseñanza universitaria ubicado en Santiago de Compostela (España) que forma directivos hosteleros y gestores en cocina. Desde 1995, ha formado a más de 2.000 directivos que desarrollan su labor en empresas hosteleras y turísticas de todo el mundo.

Los alumnos hacen prácticas todos los años en hoteles. El Centro colabora con cadenas hoteleras como Hyatt, Grupo Barceló, Accor, Meliá Hotels International, Kempinski, Mandarín Oriental Hotel Group, Paradores de Turismo, NH Hotel Group, https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marriott_International, Riu Hotels o Iberostar, entre otros.
