La ceràmica ibèrica es fabricava a torn i es decorava amb pintura roja, sobre tot amb motius geomètrics i vegetals, als quals s'afegine les representacions antropomorfes i zoomorfes a partir del segle III aC. Les terrisseries se situarien a l'exterior del poblat i la seua producció -amb gran varietat de formes pròpies i altres que imiten peces gregues i púniques- es destinava al mercat local. En la decoració de la ceràmica ibèrica de La Bastida només trobem motius geometrics, i és habitual la presència de ceràmiques àtiques de vernís negre, testimoni de l'intens comerç amb altres cultures del Mediterrani.Español: Cerámica ibérica. La cerámica ibérica se fabricaba a torno y se decoraba con pintura roja, sobre todo con motivos geométricos y vegetales, a los que s eañaden las representaciones antropomorfas y zoomorfas a partir del siglo III a. C. Los alfares se situarían en el exterior o en la periferia del poblado y su producción -con gran variedad de formas propias y otras que imitan piezas griegas y púnicas- se destinaba al mercado local. En la decoración de la cerámica ibérica de La Bastida solo encontramos motivos geométricos, siendo muy frecuente la presencia de cerámicas áticas de barniz negro, testimonio del intenso comercio con otras culturas del Mediterráneo. |
