-George Bernard Shaw. This picture above is a picture of one of the most popular Indian breakfast...."Chola puri". Chole Bhature is also know as chola puri.Chole bhature is a combination of chole and fried Indian bread. Chole is prepared with chick peas and bhatoora is a fried Indian bread made of all purpose flour/maida. Although, there are many variations of making chole like methi chole, palak chole or chole with coconut but i liked this punjabi chole recipe the most. for folks people who love chole (chickpea) recipes, there are few more wonderful chole recipes in the blog amritsari chole, punjabi kala chana, punjabi chana, chana chaat and chana pulao. Chola Puri is my personal favourite of all indian foods. |
