| Description | This is one of those inner-city community centers that cities tend to have, right in the middle of the roughest part of the Whalley ghetto. The area is improving a bit, although it's still not for the meek. They did a nice job with the lighting, which changes colours constantly. I don't know where the kids come from. They don't really look homeless but they do look poor, and they're almost all on the make. The prostitutes and drug dealers work the street out front. Most people are cautious about walking here at night. I've never had a problem. |
