Description
English: Churchill with bird on head on Parliament Square. There is an urban legend that Churchill said he didn't want a statue in London because he didn't like the idea of what the pigeons would do to him. The legend goes that the sculptor of the statue on Parliament Square fitted it with a mild electric current to scare the pigeons away. Tour guides (me included) are fond of saying that electric current or not you never see birds on Churchill's head. Well, here's a bird on Churchill's head...
