Español: Figura 3. Análisis de los cilios cerebrales y de la retina en animales Ccdc28b mut.

A) Imágenes confocales que muestran cilios en el cuerpo estriado del cerebro.
Se utilizaron DAPI (magenta) y adenilil ciclasa anti-Tipo III (ACIII, verde) para visualizar los núcleos y el axonema ciliar, respectivamente.

Las barras de escala en las imágenes principales corresponden a 50 micras y en los recuadros a 20 micras.
