Description
Português: Desenho de um antigo monumento funerário grego, encontrado na Fazenda do Trindade, na freguesia de Santa Luzia do concelho de Tavira, em Portugal. Foi estudado pelo arqueólogo alemão Emil Hübner em meados do Século XIX. A zona de Santa Luzia situava-se nos arrabaldes da antiga cidade de Balsa. Esta gravura foi retirada da obra Povos Balsenses (página 26), de Estácio da Veiga, publicada em 1866, disponibilizada pelo sítio electrónico Google Livros.
English: Drawing of an ancient greek funerary monument, found in Fazenda do Trindade, in the Santa Luzia parish, Tavira Municipality, in Portugal. It was studied by german archaeologist Emil Hübner in the middle of the 19th century. The zone of Santa Luzia was near the ancient city of Balsa. This drawing was taken from the book Povos Balsenses (page 26), by Estácio da Veiga, published in 1866, and available at the Google Books website.
