Led by Wisdom and Hope the young man scourges from the land four figures, two animals figures, the Bear, (representing savagery), and the Cougar, (representing cowardice), and two anthropomorphic chimera figures, a foxish female figure, (representing sin) and a baboonish male figure, (representing stupidity). The female bears the plant, Deadly Nightshade – the male bears the plant, Stramonium – both toxic, evil plants.[1]
