Description
English: Clock mutants with different periods. Live monitoring of luminescence changes and rhythmic traces in cyanobacterial cell colonies of representative clock mutants with different circadian periods in constant light. Row 1 = Wild type (WT) with a 25h of period; Row 2 = A mutant with a long period (50 hours) ; Row 3 = A mutant with a short period (17 hours); Row 4 = A mutant without rhythmic expression (AR). A "rainbow" bar on the left represents expression levels of luminescence from low to high.
