Three-time winner of the Copa Libertadores de América (1971, 1980 and 1988) and three-time world champion (1971, 1981 and 1988). Holds the record of 22 official international titles since its foundation to date. It is also the most successful club in Uruguayan football, holding, among others, the record for the highest number of Uruguayan championships: 48.
Español: Club Nacional de Football, fundado el 14 de mayo de 1899, el Club Nacional de Football es el Decano del fútbol uruguayo y el primer club criollo de América. Tricampeón de la Copa Libertadores de América (1971, 1980 y 1988) y tricampeón del mundo (1971, 1981 y 1988). Ostenta el récord de 22 títulos internacionales oficiales desde su fundación a la fecha. Es, además, el club más ganador del fútbol uruguayo ostentando, entre otros, el récord de mayor cantidad de campeonatos uruguayos: 48.
