Español: Concebido, acuñado en la mente y en el corazón de un hombre con alma de maestro, hace 70 años nació en Villa Ballester el Colegio José Hernández. El 5 de Mayo de 1935, por decreto del poder ejecutivo, nacional se fundó y comenzó a funcionar en aquella vieja casona, rodeada de jardines, que ya nunca podremos olvidar.
En ese año, por decreto firmado por el General Agustín P. Justo y por el Ministro Manuel de Iriondo, fue designado Rector el Profesor Fernando José Aguer, joven y visionario educador, hombre capaz de trazarse una meta y no detenerse jamás en su derrotero civilizador. El paso del tiempo, el desarrollo de las actividades del Colegio, cada vez más amplias e intensas y el número creciente de alumnos hicieron insuficientes las instalaciones. Urgía la necesidad de una nueva edificación, más amplia, funcional y ceñida |
