Español: Los completos son una especie de hot dog pero hecho de otra manera en Chile y también en otras partes del mundo. Este suele estar hecho con más ingredientes, ya que este está condimentado con chucrut, tomate cortado en cubitos, palta, y mayonesa casera. A este también se le pueden agregar distintos tipos de salsa a gusto de cada persona ya sea kétchup, salsa de ajo, etc.
Este platillo también deriva a otros tipos comidas, ya sean el palta mayo, tomate mayo, con churrasco, chaparrita y muchos otros. |
