Català: El Conreu i Consum de Blat de Moro Escairat es un elemento incluido en el inventario del patrimonio cultural inmaterial del Parque Natural del Cadí-Moixeró, inventario realizado por Instituto del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial (IPACIM).
Camps de cultiu a l'entorn de Gósol, Guardiola de Berguedà i Bagà, dins de la comarca natural de l'Alt Berguedà. L'àrea històrica de producció del blat de moro escairat abastava més municipis de l'Alt Berguedà, alguns d'ells dins del Parc Natural del Cadí-Moixeró, però actualment ha quedat més reduïda, igual que l'extensió dels camps on es conrea. El procés de cultiu i recol·lecció del blat de moro d'escairar segueix el seu cicle agrícola particular amb cada etapa ben delimitada en el temps, sempre condicionada per les condicions climàtiques. Es consumeix a l'hivern, sobretot com a ingredient principal de l'escudella. La llavor se sembra entre finals de primavera i principis d'estiu. La duració del cicle és de dos a tres mesos. Normalment a principis d'octubre ja es poden recollir les primeres espigues a la vall de Gósol). És un producte de consum bàsicament d'hivern, però el gra es conserva en bones condicions tot l'any i per tant es pot consumir durant tots els mesos.
English: The Cultivation and Consumption of Corn Wheat is an element included in the inventory of the intangible cultural heritage of the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, an inventory carried out by the Instituto del Patrimonio Inmaterial Cultural (IPACIM).
Cultivation fields around Gósol, Guardiola de Berguedà and Bagà, within the Alt Berguedà natural region. The historical area of production of split corn covered more municipalities of Alt Berguedà, some of them within the Natural Park of Cadí-Moixeró, but nowadays it has been reduced, as has the extent of the fields where it is cultivated . The process of growing and harvesting corn from escairar follows its particular agricultural cycle with each stage well defined in time, always conditioned by climatic conditions. It is consumed in winter, especially as the main ingredient of the escudella. The seed is sown between late spring and early summer. The duration of the cycle is two to three months. Usually at the beginning of October you can already collect the first spikes in the Gósol valley). It is a product mainly consumed in winter, but the grain is kept in good condition all year round and can therefore be consumed during all months.

El área histórica de producción del maíz escuadrado abarcaba más municipios del Alt Berguedà, algunos de ellos dentro del Parque Natural del Cadí-Moixeró, pero actualmente ha quedado más reducida, al igual que la extensión de los campos donde se cultiva . El proceso de cultivo y recolección del maíz de escuadrar sigue su ciclo agrícola particular con cada etapa bien delimitada en el tiempo, siempre condicionada por las condiciones climáticas. Se consume en invierno, sobre todo como ingrediente principal de la escudilla. La semilla se siembra entre finales de primavera y principios de verano. La duración del ciclo es de dos a tres meses. Normalmente a principios de octubre ya se pueden recoger las primeras espigas en el valle de Gósol). Es un producto de consumo básicamente de invierno, pero el grano se conserva en buenas condiciones todo el año y por tanto se puede consumir durante todos los meses. |
